Definitions
1.1 The 'Buyer' means the individual or organisation who buys and agrees to the goods from the 'Seller'.
1.2 The 'Seller' means Safetyrite Ltd.
1.3 All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, carriage, freight, postage or insurance tax.
1.4 All completed booking forms shall be deemed to be an offer by the buyer to attend the course pursuant to these terms and conditions and shall only be accepted by means of Safetyrite's confirmation or invoice.
1.5 Payment of the price and VAT shall be due seven days prior to the training course or at the very latest on the day of the course for bookings received inside seven days prior to commencement of the course.
1.6 No certificate shall be issued until full payment for services provided by the seller have been received and cleared.
1.7 Cancellation for any booking must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior to commencement of the course.
1.8 The buyer will be liable for the full invoice price if no cancellation is made and received by the seller.
1.9 The seller reserves the right to cancel a training course and reimburse any monies received from a buyer. |
