Competent Person
Safetyrite are specialists in providing a bespoke competent person service for all types of organisations within different industry
sectors. This service is ideal for clients who are not large enough to
justify the full-time staffing expenditure required, or they do not have
the resources available to manage their Health & Safety adequately on
a daily basis.
Depending on the size of your company, the number of employees and the
systems currently in place, Safetyrite will first determine the ideal
number of days required per month. Most clients benefit from 2, 3 or even
4 days per month.
The competent person will first carry out a diagnostic audit to identify areas for
improvement and allocate priority once agreed with the client. Whether
it is Training, Inductions, Risk Assessments, Legislation, Safe Systems
of Work, Policy Reviews and other associated records, the competent person will be
on hand to implement and maintain your safety systems as well as offering
guidance and advice to all members of staff on safety related issues.
Safetyrite recognises the importance of excellent customer service and
partnerships. Therefore, this non-contractual service gives the client
maximum flexibility and full control over frequency, duration and expenditure.
