Statistics alarmingly show over 30% of all ‘over 3 day’ reported injuries are caused by Manual Handling (The movement or supporting of loads by bodily force). Whether carrying boxes or moving loads by pallet cart, you are at risk unless you adopt safe handling techniques.
This half-day course is designed to provide employees with the knowledge required to reduce the risk of injury from improper manual handling techniques. Most Manual Handling injuries are caused over a period of time and are not normally due to an isolated incident.
Ensure your staff are aware of the correct techniques and eradicate poor handling practices within your workplace before it’s too late.
